My Style & Approach
My wedding photography style is natural, relaxed, and story-driven. I work quietly in the background, allowing your day to unfold without interruption. The result is wedding photography and films that feel authentic — capturing the atmosphere, the people, and the moments you’ll want to remember most.
Couples often choose me for my calm presence, attention to detail, and cinematic approach to storytelling.
I believe that a wedding day is not all about standing around taking pictures. It flies past, and you’ll want to soak up and enjoy every moment of it, knowing you can trust me to take care of your memories.
I’m also a highly experienced videographer, and my wedding films can be combined with photography in a variety of ways that can save you money, give you an amazing experience and beautiful results.
I mix documentary wedding photography with editorial portraiture in both my photography and films. That means I’m not going to be trying to control everything, but capturing it as it unfolds. Most of the day will be shot in this way, but I’ll step up to organise confetti tunnels, group shots and so on when needed.
I believe many couples lean towards candid photography of their guests, and I love photographing in this way – capturing authentic moments of laughter, fun and tears.
When it comes to you, the couple, I understand how awkwardness can put a damper on things, so I’ve developed ways to keep couple portraiture fun, easy and efficient.
The thing I love most about weddings is hanging out with couples and having fun! Couples often tell me it’s like having a new friend at the wedding rather than a photographer, and I wouldn’t want it any other way.
